These adjustable boost (step-up) voltage regulators generate higher output voltages from input voltages as low as 2.9 V. They are switching regulators (also called switched-mode power supplies (SMPS) or DC-to-DC converters) and have a typical efficiency between 80% to 95%. The available output current is a function of the input voltage, output voltage, and efficiency (see the Typical Efficiency and Output Current section below), but the input current can typically be as high as 5 A. The U3V50x regulator family includes two adjustable-output versions: the U3V50ALV offers an output range of 4 V to 12 V and the U3V50AHV offers an output range of 9 V to 30 V. Versions of this regulator are also available with a fixed 5 V, 6 V, 9 V, 12 V, or 24 V output:

Objectives: Infected walled-off pancreatic necrosis (WOPN) is a complication of acute pancreatitis requiring intervention. Surgery is associated with considerable morbidity. Percutaneous catheter drainage (PCD), initial therapy in the step-up approach, minimizes complications. Direct endoscopic necrosectomy (DEN) has demonstrated safety and efficacy. We compared outcome and health care utilization of DEN versus step-up approach.
Methods: This was a matched cohort study using a prospective registry. Twelve consecutive DEN patients were matched with 12 step-up approach patients. Outcomes were clinical resolution after primary therapeutic modality, new organ failure, mortality, endocrine or exocrine insufficiency, length of stay, and health care utilization.
Results: Clinical resolution in 11 of 12 patients after DEN versus 3 of 12 step-up approach patients after PCD (P
Conclusions: Direct endoscopic necrosectomy may be superior to step-up approach for WOPN with suspected or established infection. Primary PCD generally delayed definitive therapy. Given the higher efficacy, shorter length of stay, and lower health care utilization, DEN could be the first-line therapy for WOPN, with primary PCD for inaccessible or immature collections.
Boasting 2 powerful 30,000 BTU burners with standing pilots for instant ignition, this Cooking Performance Group SR-CPG-12-NL countertop range gives you the high performance cooking solution you need to quickly and easily prepare sauces, sides, and entrees! The heavy-duty cast iron trivets are oriented in a step-up alignment so that you can easily access pots and pans on the rear burner, and they also help protect the burners against clogs resulting from overflow. This 2 burner countertop range features an all stainless steel construction to ensure long-lasting durability and easy cleaning, while a full width waste tray also helps expedite end-of-day cleaning. It ships ready to connect to a natural gas supply, but includes a liquid propane orifice kit for simple field conversion. The lower the step, the more the quadriceps are worked; the higher the step, the more the hamstrings and glutes are worked. Beginners should start with a very low step (6 to 8 inches) until the movement is perfected.
The HTMLInputElement.stepUp() method increments the value of a numeric type of element by the value of the step attribute, or the default step value if the step attribute is not explicitly set. The method, when invoked, increments the value by (step * n), where n defaults to 1 if not specified, and step defaults to the default value for step if not specified.
The method, when invoked, changes the form control's value by the value given in the step attribute, multiplied by the parameter, within the constraints set on the form control. The default value for the parameter, if no value is passed, is 1. The method will not cause the value to exceed the set max value, or defy the constraints set by the step attribute.
If the form control is non time, date, or numeric in nature, and therefore does not support the step attribute (see the list of supported input types in the table above), or if the step value is set to any, an InvalidStateError exception is thrown.
Note if you don't pass a parameter to the stepUp method, it defaults to 1. Any other value is a multiplier of the step attribute value, which in this case is 5. If you pass 4 as the stepIncrement, the input will stepUp by 4 * 5, or 20. If the parameter is 0, the number will not be incremented. The stepUp will not allow the input to out of range, in this case stopping when it reaches 400, and rounding down any floats that are passed as a parameter.

In an effort to educate drivers on the dangers of driving without a seatbelt, drunk driving and distracted driving, TxDOT has begun displaying the number of fatalities to date on dynamic message signs along Texas highways. So far this year there have been 2,545 fatalities on Texas roads. Each month, this number is updated and drivers can see it along with a message on how to drive safely. Additionally, TxDOT continues to educate drivers through various seasonal campaigns that focus on the following simple steps for safe driving: 2ff7e9595c
