Popular augmented reality game Pokémon Go was today updated to version 1.5.0, adding new features to make gym battling more straightforward. New to the game is a "Pokémon Appraisal" feature, which will see in-game Team Leaders offering tips on each Pokémon's attack and defense abilities to help trainers determine which Pokémon to use in gym battles.
- Implemented Pokémon Appraisal: Trainers will now be able to learn about a Pokémon's attack and defense capabilities from their Team Leader (Candela, Blanche, or Spark) to determine which of their Pokémon have the most potential for battle.- Fixed a bug that kept defeated Pokémon at 1HP; these Pokémon will now return as fainted Pokémon. We're working on rebalancing the training battle, stay tuned.fixes
Professor Kukui (Japanese: ククイ博士 Dr. Kukui) is a Pokémon Professor from the Alola region, as well as the founder of Alola's Pokémon League. He is the only character in the games to have the Trainer class Pro Wrestler (Japanese: プロレスラー Pro Wrestler) under the alias the Masked Royal (Japanese: ロイヤルマスク Royal Mask). He specializes in Pokémon attacks.
In Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon only, upon meeting the player on Route 1 after the Alola Starters drive off a wild Yungoos before it could attack the player, Professor Kukui allows the player to pick one as their starter Pokémon.
Professor Kukui debuted in The Delivery of Rotom and the Girl. He was first seen at his laboratory, where he tested the moves of his Rowlet and Popplio. The attacks caused Kukui to be sent flying through the roof and land in front of his house.
In Shipwreck and "Oh, What Sharp Teeth You Have, Bruxish!", Burnet and Lillie used Mantine Surf to travel over the water to Kukui's yacht as it heads off to Ula'ula. Shortly after they arrive, the group is attacked by a wild Bruxish, which uses its psychic powers to give everyone headaches and pass out. Although Sun successfully rescues Lillie, who was knocked into the water, he and Lillie end up passing out as well and are separated from the others. Later, Burnet, Kukui, and Moon are rescued by the Aether Foundation and taken to Aether Paradise. There, they meet Faba and Wicke, who explain what happened to everyone and offer to give a tour of Aether Paradise.
In The Truth and Island Kahuna Hapu, Kukui, Molayne, Sophocles, Acerola, and Gladion fought off Celesteela and Guzzlord at Route 10 to prevent them from reaching Hokulani Observatory, which was being used as a shelter for those caught up in the Ultra Beasts' rampage. Gladion managed to easily defeat Celesteela, but was distracted when Lillie appeared and called out to him, allowing Guzzlord to attack. Gladion's Type: Null easily defeated Guzzlord and evolved into a Silvally in the process. To Kukui and the others' surprise, Gladion and Lillie revealed themselves to be brother and sister as well as the children of Aether Foundation President, Lusamine. Lillie explained that three months ago, she stole Nebby from Lusamine in order to prevent her from using its power to further her plans. When Lillie presented a Sun Flute she also took from Aether Paradise, Gladion decided that they should head to the altar.
Some players might think that needing to switch out a Pokemon puts them at an advantage as this essentially encourages the opponent to attack them further. However, when used strategically, switching out Pokemon can give players the time they need to pull off a counter-attack to win the match.
The Fast Attack is going to be the Trainer's best friend in a battle. Tapping the screen will make the Pokemon attack using their Fast Attack, and it'll power up their Charged Attack. Tapping rapidly means more damage and your Pokemon's Charged Attack powering up faster, so it can be used much sooner.
Before players even enter the battle, pick a Pokemon and use TMs over and over until they are satisfied with the attacks they have. For example, Tyranitar can have Crunch that's only a 70 for power. But it can also have Stone Edge which is 100, and even Fire Blast which is a whopping 140. It's worth cycling through the attacks if players have the TMs to do so until they have the most powerful attack they prefer.

For example: Let's say i have a pokemon that has 110 Atk and 100 Sp Atk. He knows 2 attacks: 1 is a Physical Attack with 80 power, and 1 is a Special Attack with 90 power. How do i determine which would deal more damage in the end?
Which attack is better depends on your opponent's defenses, but lets assume they have 100 in both Defense and Special Defense. You didn't specify a level, so I'm going to assume 50. Results below with differences in bold.
For attack = (2*50 + 10)/250 * (110/100) * 80 + 2 = 40.72 * ModifierFor Special Attack = (2*50 + 10)/250 * (100/100) * 90 + 2 = 41.6 * Modifier
The PBB Development Team, now named Llama Train Studios, has announced the project series named Loomian Legacy with the first installment Loomian Legacy: Veils Of Shadow coming soon. A team of editors with impressive skills have started setting up LL Wiki, and we have reached a consensus with them on joining their team:
PBB Wiki shall remain operational as the memorial of this game. Do not post any imposter games, or try to attack anyone on social media. Rules will continue to be enforced. As usual, please read the Guidelines before editing or creating any pages. There are also Image Rules to follow for uploading any photos.
Psychic Fangs is another solid biting move. This Psychic-type attack, with 100% Accuracy, has a base power of 85 that gives Dracovish the same type of attack bonus (STAB). Psychic Fangs can also be doubled up to the base power of 170 if Dracovish moves before the target. In addition, it gives Dracovish a defense against Fighting or Poison-type.
The last move that we are discussing here is the Earthquake. This is great to give coverage and high attack power. However, Earthquake is a devastating attack that can take out Electric types and damage every target Pokemon.
The best strategy to use Darcovish in Pokemon Sword and Shield is to utilize a critical strength of this Pokemon. Its strength lies in the fact that its power is doubled if it attacks first or if the target switches during the turn. Thus, it can give a Dracovish a whooping 170 base power attack.
This dual power can also be increased further by the same type of attack bonus as a Water-type and the Ability Strong Jaw if your Dracovish has it. Remember that even a resisted Fishious Rend is far more potent than the other attacks Dracovish has under its belt.
